Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (1-2 business days) FREE (UK ONLY)
Next Day Special Delivery (UK ONLY) — £9
Europe Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) £8.50
Rest of World Standard Shipping £22.50

Available for orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1 PM (Mon–Thu) will be dispatched the next business day and delivered the following business day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.


Important Note

Our fulfilment centre does not operate on weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday morning.

Packaging

Every order is packaged with care to ensure the integrity of your research peptides arrives intact. Our packaging process is as follows:

  • The vial is placed in a padded envelope and wrapped with foam for protection.
  • Bubble bags are included for additional safeguarding.
  • A cardboard outer box completes the final packaging.
We also include protective packaging materials in your shipment for you to reuse at your discretion.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent directly to your email. Use this link to follow your order's journey until it arrives at your door.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at info@bioresearch.co.uk and we will investigate with our delivery partners.

Force Majeure & Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched with a valid tracking number to the address provided within the agreed processing timeframe, our responsibility for the shipment is deemed fulfilled.

Any delays, loss, damage, misdelivery, or failure to deliver caused by third-party carriers, postal services, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control are outside our liability.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • Monitoring tracking updates.
  • Liaising directly with the courier or postal service for delivery-related issues once tracking has been issued.
We will, where reasonable, provide tracking details and supporting dispatch documentation to assist with carrier enquiries — however we cannot guarantee delivery outcomes once the parcel is in the carrier's possession.
